Spencer W. Bjarnason, DMD, MS

Dr. Spencer Bjarnason earned his Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree from Case School of Dental Medicine in Cleveland, Ohio, in 2011. After dental school, he served as a dental officer in the United States Navy, where he completed his endodontic residency at the prestigious Naval Postgraduate Dental School in Bethesda, Maryland. In 2017, Dr. Bjarnason became Board Certified by the American Board of Endodontics—an achievement attained by fewer than 25% of endodontists nationwide.

Dr. Bjarnason is proud of his military service and values the advanced training and experience he gained during that time. In 2019, he and his family relocated to Georgetown, Texas, and are happy to now call it home. He is committed to providing gentle, high-quality endodontic care at Oakwood Endodontics.

Outside of work, Dr. Bjarnason enjoys playing volleyball, ultimate frisbee, and ping-pong. He’s an avid college sports fan—especially of BYU football and basketball—and also loves hiking, camping, travelling, board games, and movie nights with his wife and four children.
